These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Mastermind Creative Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services Offered
We provide, but are not limited to:

Music recording and production

DJ lessons and training

Audio mixing and mastering

Podcast production

Photography and videography

Graphic design services

Sound equipment rental
All services are delivered based on agreed project scope and availability.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in advance.

A deposit may be required before commencement of work.

Full payment must be completed before final delivery of any project unless otherwise agreed.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24–48 hours in advance (where applicable).

Deposits are generally non-refundable once work or scheduling has begun.

Refunds are not provided for completed services or delivered digital work.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate project details and materials

Ensuring they have rights to all submitted content (music, images, scripts, etc.)

Reviewing and approving work within reasonable timeframes

Communicating changes clearly and in advance
We are not liable for copyright infringements caused by client-submitted materials.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Final delivered work becomes the client’s property upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Mastermind Creative Studios retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

6. Equipment Rental Terms

Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition it was issued.

Clients are liable for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.

Late returns may incur additional charges.

7. Quality & Delivery

We aim to deliver high-quality creative work aligned with industry standards.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity.

Delays caused by client feedback or incomplete information are not our responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability
Mastermind Creative Studios is not liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of income or business opportunities

Technical issues beyond our control

Client misuse of delivered content

9. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and treat all unpublished material as confidential unless permission is granted for promotion or publication.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
